Overview

Keleno ("Keleno," "we," "us," or "our") provides IT services, AI engineering, and IoT products through our delivery teams in India and client-facing operations in the United States. This policy applies to information collected through keleno.com and any forms, downloads, or communications linked from it. It does not apply to data we process on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement — that's governed by the terms of that engagement.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's generated automatically when you visit the site.

Information you provide directly — through the contact form, a brochure, whitepaper, or case-study download, or a direct email or call:

  • Name, work email address, company name, and phone or WhatsApp number
  • The service area you're interested in and a description of your project or inquiry
  • Any file you choose to upload (an RFP, spec document, or similar) as part of a form submission
  • Information you share if you're exploring a role with us, such as background and experience relevant to that conversation

Information collected automatically — standard technical data generated by your browser when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site; see Cookies and Similar Technologies below.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and follow up on the project or question you've raised
  • To deliver the specific brochure, whitepaper, or case study you've requested
  • To evaluate a potential working relationship, including career conversations
  • To maintain the security, performance, and integrity of this website
  • To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in India and the United States

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to run targeted advertising.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing (for example, under the GDPR), we rely on one or more of the following: your consent when you submit a form, the steps needed to respond to your inquiry or pursue a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving this site and responding to business inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations we're subject to.

How We Share Information

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it in a limited set of circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us run this site — for example, Web3Forms, which processes and delivers the contact and download forms on our behalf. These providers only receive what's needed to perform that function.
  • Internal team members at Keleno who need the information to respond to your inquiry.
  • Legal or safety reasons — if required to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Keleno, our clients, or others.
  • A business transition — if Keleno were involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections described here.

International Data Transfers

Keleno's delivery teams are based in India, with client-facing operations in the United States. Information you submit through this site may be accessed or processed by our team in either country. Where information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected consistent with this policy, regardless of where it's processed.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as it's reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected — generally, for the life of a business relationship or inquiry, plus a period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements
  • Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing
  • Request your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@keleno.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California Privacy Rights

If you're a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you additional rights over personal information, including the right to know what's collected, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Keleno does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You can exercise your California rights the same way as any other privacy request — by emailing info@keleno.com.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to information on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site does not currently set advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) as part of serving those files. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we'll update this section to describe what's used and how to opt out.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@keleno.com and we'll delete it.

Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party destinations, including our LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube profiles, and occasionally to client or partner websites. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we'd encourage you to review their own policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or applicable law change. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. We'd encourage you to review this page periodically.
